Cardio-Vascular System- with a focus on the CV system during exercise:

Exercise Physiology
Training methods, methods of evaluating fitness and physiological adaptations with a focus on aerobic training

  • methods of evaluating aerobic capacity, training to develop aerobic capacity, physiological adaptations from aerobic training
  • clarity on exactly what to teach

Synoptic:

  • how to structure the 20 mark question
  • accessing top marks
