Morning 2 – 11.45-1.00  

AS and A Level Sports Psychology- individual differences

To include:

• Personality
• Attitudes
• Motivation
• Arousal
• Aggression
• Social facilitation

Lunch – 1.00-1.45

Afternoon – 1.45-3.30 (with short break during session)  

A Level Sports Psychology – with particular focus on the ‘new bits’

To include:

• Attribution
• Confidence
• Leadership
• Stress Management

• AND- opportunities and challenges linked with planning for delivery of the new spec Skill Acquisition and Sports Psychology components
